How it works
A clear process, built around your practice
Three stages, each designed to stand on its own. Start with a Leverage Audit and decide from there.
The Leverage Audit
A focused diagnostic engagement. We look at your current workflow, the tools you already use, how you communicate with clients, and where time is genuinely being lost versus where it just feels like it could be better.
What you receive
A written priority roadmap: the three to five highest-leverage AI interventions for your specific practice, in plain language, with clear rationale and an honest assessment of what each would require from you to implement.
What we handle
We do the diagnostic work, translate the landscape of AI tools into what is actually relevant to your practice, and produce a written output that gives you genuine clarity.
Your role
You share context about your practice, review the findings, and ask every question you have. The roadmap is yours to keep regardless of whether we work together further.
The Implementation Sprint
The core engagement. We take the roadmap from the Audit and build the systems. Every piece is built from scratch around your specific workflow, your voice, your clients, and the way you already work.
What you receive
A functioning AI infrastructure you can operate independently. This includes whatever combination of systems your practice needs: content production workflows, client communication templates and prompt architectures, administrative automation, or team adoption tooling.
What we handle
We handle the technical build, the testing, the refinement, and the documentation. You leave with something you can use, not something that requires a manual to operate.
Your role
You review deliverables at each stage and give feedback. The systems are built to the way you actually work, which means your input shapes every piece of it.
Operations Retainer
For clients who have completed an implementation and want continued access to current judgment as their practice evolves and the AI landscape changes.
What you receive
Monthly support hours, quarterly system reviews, and access to evaluation of new tools as they emerge. The retainer covers refinement work, adjustments as your workflow changes, and an ongoing strategic lens on what to adopt and what to ignore.
What we handle
Stay current on the AI landscape, evaluate what is actually relevant to your practice, and keep your systems performing well as the tools evolve.
Your role
Bring questions, workflow changes, and anything that has shifted since the build. The retainer is as active or as quiet as your practice needs.
What to expect from the first conversation
The first call is 30 minutes. No pitch. The conversation covers three things: what your practice looks like right now, where you think AI could genuinely help, and what you are most concerned about getting wrong.
From that conversation, the right starting point becomes fairly obvious. Most clients begin with a Leverage Audit. Some already have enough clarity and come in ready to build.
Capacity is intentionally limited. Every engagement involves the founder directly, which means there is a ceiling on active clients at any given time.
